Topic: Unique, Positive, Uplifting Music Video

When I was going through my treatment, I had a very hard time finding positive information.  Information that helped you move forward, adjust your attitude in a humorous way, with a hands-on approach.  So I decided to change that!  When I was going through treatment, I use to draw images in the mirror of how I was feeling that day in the form of hair.  This I would consider my biography!  I would see what I felt that day, for example, did I need a cheerleader?  Then I would draw hair with two pony tails and ribbons on each side of my head, surrounding my bald head in the mirror.  It would make me laugh and every time I walked passed the mirror, I would feel rejuvenated and remember to cheer myself on!!  I had bad days too, Medusa days...were I did not even want people to look at me, so I drew snakes sprouting out all over my head (in the mirror, of course) and spent the day in hiding, so I really would not turn anyone into stone!!  But it helped, it made me laugh, and it reminded me that I was still me and reminded me to deal with my emotions.  I have written a book for this very reason that was just released, it is called: "Mirror Makeovers and savvy insights for the everyday gal surviving cancer and baldness with a sense of humor."
