He goes back to his doctor in a week and I have a feeling he is going to be sent to a breast surgeon. If anyone has had this, or has any knowledge of anyone going through this, please let me know!

It is just another variety of BC. There are so many. Paget's does not present with a lump, I do believe, so that would explain the lack of a lump.
