Many of my friends are being diagnosed with various types of cancers..and what I realize is the shock.fear.and pain that is relative. I lost a loved one as a result of the illness and I wanted to become more aware. I recently ran across a website www.aftershockfromcancer.com. Maybe if more information had been readily available...the will would not have been lost. The author that wrote this book with her own journey and shared stories of others, seems to inspire the will and encourgement for all involved. I find this information helpful and maybe it will help others.Log in to post a reply

Thanks so much for posting that mouse!!! That looks like a book that I just may be interested in. Their are so many out there!!! This on looks like it reaches to my tastes as I have guided imagery tapes, and I do believe the mind is all powerful as far as the thoughts that go through it. ALso, this book also has alternatives that might be good to look at. I like to blend a little West with a little East and not go overboard on either.
