My friend Margaret has told me lots of you wonderful ladies. I should have been here literally months and months earlier, but how time flies! Then around the beginning of July I got something beautiful in the mail and it was a knitted quilt made of beautiful squares for which each individual square was made by 1 loving and caring breast cancer survivor and that each of the sqares were made from all sorts of places all over the US. Anyway, it was one of the most loving things anyone has ever done for me. I plan to feature this beautiful quilt in my upcoming Good Kharma Newsletter due out September 21st.
Now, I don't have breast cancer but I do have a deadly form of Ovarian Cancer in its Advanced State. I don't let it get me down and I am going through my 3rd set of treatments. My hair hasn't fallen out yet, but am expecting it to. I have been documenting this whole experience on my blog and all that I am going through. shoppingkharma.blogspot.com
I wish all of you the best and for a cure soon (in our lifetime). I still have hope in my heart!Log in to post a reply
