Hi All,

 So my surgical consult is tomorrow. Not sure what the future holds but just want to thank all of you for being so open, sharing and supportive. Your thoughts and experiences have been a great source of strength, information and inspiration. The togetherness that is created here is so very special, and I could not have gotten through the last five weeks of waiting between tests and results without you. Your example gives me the confidence that whatever comes can be faced with dignity, that this potential challenge, though while really scary, can also be an opportunity to learn and grow and become a better person. I won't let you down.  I named a new fig tree after "MA" - Maine Artist - from the chats and posts, and as I see her growing in my backyard, I think and pray for all of you.
