I do not know if anyone remembers me but I used to go on the chat room quite a bit. Unfortunately my illness has its ups and downs and of late I rarely came on line. I missed everyone but had severe problems with my eyes and could not follow chat so good.
I have lost the site now in my right eye due to BC mets but I feel more comfortable now as my left eye has good vision. I no longer experience double vision and hazing. I thought it would be nice to catch up with friends. Just now I am having a rest from chemo so I am thankful for that. Last December I was dx with spine, liver and lung mets and after chemo til just recently my lung and liver mets seem to be gone. They are keeping a good eye on the spinal tumour and the pain is bearable. I go to day hospice every Tuesday and that is a wonderful place to go. Have met so many brave and lovely ladies. The down side is that you get so close to people and then they pass on and you realise how vulnerable we are.
On an up side I have started a facebook which took me ages to get to understand (Still do not know the half of it) which is good. Then I thought to look up this site again hand have a wee browse.
I hope allthose that I jnow on here are doing well and I send much love. Anyone I do not know I send the same love and best wishes.
