I did the sonogram, called back again by my Pcp and referred to a general surgeon. Finally, today was I even told what the masses look like. One is definitely a cyst, the other is very small and requires a sonogram to biopsy. I have no idea what kind of biopsy is to be done and no clue what questions to ask. I feel extremely overwhelmed and like an idiot. HELP!

All this is so scary but just remember, 80% of all biopsies turn out to be benign. Its normal to be terrified. You will find so much help here and the women are terrific.

Take a deep breath ... I know how frightened you must be, but as Cowgirl said, 80% of lumps are B9.
