I've been on aromasin for 2 years and the joint pain has gotten worse. I am interested to see what other people will say. I could really use some help in this area too.

I was wondering if anyone else had side effects with aromasin that went away after making a switch to another treatment. If so, could you please share your experience and what you switched to?
My onc told me many women had problems the first 6 weeks. It's been 7 for me now and the joint pain and insomnia haven't let up at all. I read that it can take from 6 months to 2 years......wide range, I know.
I don't want to switch and be right back where I am. I'm confused about what to do.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I was on Femara for 15 months. I was miserable the entire time, but finally stopped because my final SE was just to much I broke out with an eczema rash over my entire body. I've been on Aromasin for 3 months so far. I have no side effects other than quite an apatite.

I continue to question whether or not to try something else. Some things have improved. Hot flashes are less intense and less frequent and I am sleeping much better though benedryl is helping with that.
However, the pain is still there and more intense in my right hand but less intense in my feet in the mornings. I can actually walk somewhat normally. Prior to this I would hobble around for the first half hour or so.
