Mom is in need of meal replacements and I am not happy with the high sugar ones on the market ie. Boost. I also am not too keen on the sugar free alternatives and all the additives in either of these drinks. I found a decent mix from whole foods, but it may be too much protein and therefore taxing on her kidneys. Can anyone please suggest or help me find a healthy meal replacement?
