Hi out there --

I have been "lurking" for some time and have to say what a great wealth of knowledge and support is available on this board.

Anyway, I hae been dealing with lung mets and wondered if anyone here has had cyberknife treatment for them or has talked to their doctor about them.

Thanks, Marianne

Welcome to our boards, Marianne. Just wish to give you support and say I read of late of potential value in breast cancer lung metastasis excision if they tend toward isolated mets. The Japanese have performed such surgery and report value to doing so.

I'm sure someone will be along soon to help and comment on your question, yet I just wanted to share that I did read of surgery in this situation. Relatively new idea I believe, the main treatment being hormonal and chemotherapy for quite some time.

I wish you well, and hope you will post back again.

Take care,
