Hi Ladies, have any of you had shortness of breath? I have been having it and doc says it is not from cancer, so she is sending me for echogram, cannot imagine having heart problems on top of this cancer disease. Thanks ladies and God Bless you all.!

Hi Liz,

I sometimes get shortness of breath from upper resperitory infections.  I hope this turns out to be something simple.  Try not to over stress.  I know, not an easy thing for us.  Everything makes us stress out. Good luck with your echo and let us know how you make out.  Meima

Hi Liz:

Yes, I actually had shortness of breath which lead to some fluid around the heart. I had a procedure to resolve the problem and am doing well. I am more concerned with the cancer at this time. If you do end up with a similar situation, you will get through it just fine.
