Good morning Stage 4 sisters. I've just spoken with Saint and received her permission to start a thread asking for prayers and support for her. I've placed it under the "Prayers" section of the boards.
She is feeling VERY poorly today and was given a day off of her rads treatment.
Tomorrow is her son's high school graduation. Thru tears we talked about being this close to the milestone -- and the beast attempting to snatch that away from her.
It would mean so much to have your voices in unision offering support at this time.
If you can navigate to the prayer area, please add your voice.
I don't suppose it would be awful to have a second thread unfolding in this section as well.
Edited to add the outcome of the graduation ceremony: Saint was NOT able to attend the event.

Good morning sweetie. I hope and pray you have rested well and trust you will stay rested until you get ready for the event today! Save all your energy you can for the moment you have worked towards and if that is all you get to see, that will be enough. I pray you see your son walk across that stage today and that he knows you are there for that moment if not afterwards. Gentle hugs. I have just hung up the phone. It was Saint's dearest husband. He knew that we were in continual prayer today for them. The sad news is that Saint was unable to attend the graduation -- even for the shortest amount of time, even to catch a glimmer, as had been her fondest wish. I'm sure that as soon as I hit 'submit' my tears will start on her behalf. I know that now, more than ever -- she will need our strength and encouragement to regain her feisty, can-do attitude. Please continue to post your care and concern. I know that when she returns to the boards it will brighten her spirits. She needs us now, more than ever. xx00xx00xx00xx Keep up with my travels at: www.rainbowswithinreach.blogspot.com
