Im not the usual one to request prayers but a lot of us know TerryO and some of us even met Cathy.  Cathy has been recently diagnosed with a brain tumour.  Please pray, meditate, send mental healing - whatever it is that you do.  She is such a kind person.

Laugh until it really IS funny.

Update 7/23/09. Got results of follow up MRI this morning. Clear....no swelling, no sign of mass, no bleeding....nothing. Yeah. Cathy will have spot rads with gamma in a few weeks just because it is the normal course of tx, and they say maybe just one. So that is a great relief, thanks to God and appreciate all the prayers. No news yet on Jack.

Hi All, just updating. Cathy seems to be doing well. We did manage to get away for a few days so am feeling a bit more relaxed. Waiting for latest ECHO results, got rads scheduled. Not so good news on Jack. Positive for cancer. He will be starting rads and chemo...again. Sigh. Thanks again for the ongoing prayers and well wishes.  Terryo

So glad y'all were able to get away for some R & R.  I am so sad about Jack.  He is in my prayers.  Tell him he's got all those crazy breast cancer sisters fretting over him.

Answered prayers that Cathy is doing so well!!!

Hugs to all of you,

Today was radiation day, the gamma knife. The MRI that was done this morning is said to be clear. The radiation thus is precautionary, just to make sure nothing microscopic was missed. We had to be here at 6 a.m. It is now almost 2 pm and they just took her back for tx. They put a halo thing on her head this morning, with four screws (ouch). Continuing to be optimistic. Appreciate all the prayers.  TerryO

Hugs and prayers.  Sorry, I am delayed in finding this news.  I have not been on as often as I used to as I have been so busy with work and still getting settled in Venice,FL.  Good energy and healing thoughts aimed your way!
