Less than an hour ago.  I noticed that she hadn't logged in for a couple of weeks.  I got to talk to her for a few minutes since she was pretty tired.  She told me that hospice was there today for the first time and spoke with her and her family.  She won't be doing any more chemo.  She said she felt ok.  I told her that people here hadn't heard from her and were concerned.  I also told her that we loved her very much and that God *is* able and will be there for her.  She probably won't be logging in herself anymore but she said she would try to get her son to log on.  She didn't know if she would remain at home or go into a hospice.  She gave me some contact information and I plan on using it to keep in touch (but not too often since I don't want to be a pest).  Stephanie was really nice and sweet on the phone but you could tell she was very tired.  So I reiterated that we at BC.org care about her a whole lot.  I'll try to update whenever possible.

God is able.

Thanks for checking up on Stephanie and reporting back to us.  I pray peace and comfort for Stephanie and to be surrounded and supported by the love of her family and close friends.  As with Heidi, we are her sisters and "breast" friends here and can only offer our words and thoughts.  Just know they come from all over the world.
