Before B.C. when it was only Fibromyalgia (OUCH!) I began these movements daily. They can be done in a chair (if needed) and they are gentle and easy. They are especially great if you are tense, have bone pain or other aches and pains. Who of us doesn't?  Please give them a try.  You can get the tape if being in front of your PC is not conducive for practical movement but if the PC works for you, go for it! For each movement click on the numbered box to the right of the video. Begin with: Warm Up.

Warmest wishes from a fellow traveler.

One of my old college buddies swears by this and he's been trying to get me started.  He sent audio tapes, but I'll take a look at the video.  I do wish I could get some movement into my life.
