YAY!!!! I am so happy to hear your happy dance.
I have two questions for you. What does it mean to be stable? Is that the same as being NED? Also, have you been on chemo this whole time? You were diagnosed with ILC shortly after I was so I was wondering if you have been on chemo this whole time. Well, I said two questions but now I have another. What happens now?
Again, I am so happy for you. I hope that your happy dance continues for a long, long time!

kayfh, sprinkling fairy dust sounds like a good idea!
SAMayoFL, I have not done chemo this whole time. My chemo was from Feb 2011 to June 2011. Then I had a lumpectomy, then 35 rounds of radiation, finished up Oct 2011. Since then I've been taking the anti-estrogen drug Arimidex. Stable means there is no progression of the disease at this time, no new tumors or lesions have appeared. This is my third scan since beginning Arimidex, and 'stable' is the word the radiologist reading my scans uses as well as my oncologist. As for 'NED' or 'no evidence of disease', I know some women receive those results. That kind of reading means what lessions you had have either healed or disappeared and there are no visible new ones. It does not mean you are cured, only that at the present time there is no evidence of the disease.
As for what comes next, I just continue with the Arimidex daily. Some women are able to take it for a long time to keep cancer from progressing. When the Arimidex no longer works, from what I understand, I will switch to a different anti-estrogen medicine.
