I have pain with my IBC. I'm not sure why this is...I found my cancer to be painful off an on. I know they say it does hurt, but mine does.  She maybe having problems with her lymph node drainage because the cancer is also in the lymph and fluid can not get through.  But my cancer grow so fast I can feel it.  There is a lot of inflammation with IBC in the skin also, and this could possible it.  Make sure you mention it to her doctor and they may want to do a bone scan if she has not had one.
