I will be having a bilateral in the near future due to reoccurring incidents of DCIS. I've found out I don't have enough "fat" to do a DIEP. Options now are some type of flap with expanders or flaps with immediate reconstruction using implants. Looking for experiences with the different flap procedures along with expanders vs immediate implants after the surgery. NO MUSCLE (TRAMS?).
Also, experiences with some one in the SF/Bay area?
Best to all of you.
