I would be very surprised if anything nasty was found. When you are fourteen your hormones are all over the place and often can cause your developing breast to have lumps and unevenness that settles given time. I do hope that is the case for you.

That sounds reasonable. Hopefully it'll just go away on its own as you grow. Doctors have a lot more experience at these kinds of things than we do, and know what it's supposed to feel like. Have a great rest of the summer!!!
