Anyone on Tamoxifen should avoid phytoestrogens as it interferes with the ability of the drug to do its job.

These ingredients may lead to an increased risk of cancer;

parabens and phthalates in cosmetics, soaps, lotions, sunscreens, etc.

anything that starts with;
methyl
propyl
butyl
ethyl
isobutyl

nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPE's) in laundry soaps and detergents.
