Dear Dreamers....
I just got off the phone with our Puppy. She is very tired. The procedure today took about 3 hours. What she found out today is that an invasive procedure will have to be done to repair the aneurysm. It gets a bit more complicated. On Friday of this week she will undergo a biopsy of the places in her neck. Her surgery schedule will be dependent on the outcome of the biopsy. If the biopsy is malignant, the cancer will be treated first. If the biopsy is benign, the brain will be treated first. Either way it is difficult at best. Puppy asked me to express her love and concern to you, but at this time she is not going to be on the boards very much to post and doesn't really feel like receiving phone calls. She does, however, covet all of our prayers. She is having a good bit of pain in her head and discomfort in her throat. I would like to be the first to offer up a prayer on behalf of my sister who has been there for me, for all of us, through thick and thin.
Our heavenly Father, we come to you on our knees, making a plea to you for mercy for our sister Puppy. She has been through so much, Lord, and right now she needs you more than ever. We all do. Wrap your loving arms around her, Lord and hold her tight. Allow her to feel our love for her as well. You said in your Word that where two or more are gathered in Your name, that You will be there among them.
There are way more than two of us Lord, and we pray in one accord for healing, for help and for hope during these dark times we have had to face. I pray Father, that You would help me to be the kind of friend that Puppy needs. Keep me ever mindful of raising her up to you. I pray for all of us here. For unity. For healing. For mercy. Especially now for Puppy, for Deb C., for Colleen, and our sweet Slonedeb. Allow Your Holy Spirit to permeate our boards and rid them of evil. Your love is so healing, God! Thank you that we can feel it even though we don't deserve it. I pray your blessings on all of us dear God! It is in the name of your precious Son, Jesus, I pray. Amen

Beth, that sounds so beautiful... do you pray in Hebrew? Or do you know how to speak it? All of you, thank you so much for your support. Puppy appreciates it so much, as do all of us. It is nice to be reminded of the beauty of a circle...unbroken... never ending... I spoke with her briefly this morning and she is so touched by your love. God, thank you for today. And thank you for tomorrow (since Peter is in tomorrow). Thank you for your blessings and your presence during our times of need. There are many here, Lord, who struggle with different things. Fear, pain, misery are just a few of the emotions that we experience. We know that those do not come from you, Lord, but from the evil one. Grant us mercy again this day. Keep us protected from the evil one and his wiles. Help us not to give any credit to him for what he has done, but help us to credit you with the healing of all wrongs. Lord bless our sister Puppy. Give her peace. Grant her healing. In the light of your merciful love may we see her whole again. Comfort her when we cannot. Be ever by her side. Lord bless Deb C. She is embarking on another difficult journey. Put your armour on her Lord, including the shoes that are fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. Be with her doctors and other caregivers and let her feel this peace. Heal her, Lord. Slonedeb from Kentucky is also so very special to me God. She has put her faith in you but she is frightened. We know that you understand this and ask humbly that you also grant her a measure of your peace and love. She is so selfless in that she is always praying for others. Bless her Lord. Help her make it through today and help the side effects to be minimal if any at all. Others who are mentioned here in need of prayer.... Erin, Shepgirl, Ferne, Colleen, Ter, Joanne... are also your precious daughters. Let them experience your love and compassion. Give them strength to get from day to day and light for the way. God I ask all these things that you might be glorified. We give you praise for all things you are to all of us. Lead us in the way we need to pray, and Lord we also remember that your Word tells us that the Holy Spirit prays for us in "groanings" we can't understand. We pray that the Holy Spirit prays for these special ones as well. In Jesus' name. Amen Laughter defies difficult moments their thievery of your joy.
