I wanted to touch base with people here on breastcancer.org about a feature film I've written and am trying to produce called, "Face the Sun". It follows a young family confronting a misdiagnosis of breast cancer.

I started the project after losing a close friend of my wife's to breast cancer. She was misdiagnosed at 29, "you're much too young for breast cancer, it's nothing." We lost her at 34. If you go to www.youtube.com/watch?v=ERzuj8... you'll see a video that gives you more of the background the film. It is my intention to have a significant portion of the net revenue from the film flow through to cancer organizations as a tribute to her, and the many women who have bravely fought this devastating illness.

I've also started a Facebook page, Face the Sun, the Movie, to help keep people up to date with our progress, and the film website is up and running, www.facethesunmovie.com.

Take a look at the clip, and the page, and let me know what you think. Together we're making a difference. Thanks for your time.
