Topic: pants don't fit right!

I have the same problem.  It would be great if I could go down to a smaller size.  Can't because I haven't and around lost any weight in my hips/thigs & a smaller size doesn't fit.  I wear a belt to keep my pants up.  In April I had a double mastecomy with tram flap reconstruction.  I've noticed the last couple of weeks that my stomach is feeling much better.  It was getting a real tight feeling after I walk or get up and down a lot.  I was beginning to think it would never feel better.

I wore the binder last month a couple of times when my abdomin was bothering me (mostly when I'm cleaning).  I get some swelling.  Sounds like you're going through the same thing I am.  I didn't think it was possible a couple of months ago, but I can do more & more without my abdomin getting that tight feeling.  I'm waiting to hear back from the PS to tighten up the ends of my tummy tuck, remove a birthmark that's suspicious (lucky me - on the side of my breast) and he's going to throw in the liposuction above the tummy tuck.  Let me know if you have any questions.  I don't know anyone in my area who has had the same surgery.
