As we've been attempting to limit the number of sticky threads, we've been condensing all of the old stickies into one moderator announcement post at the top of each forum with helpful threads included. We think it would be helpful to put the cold cap thread in the Key Chemotherapy Threads post, where it will be accessible to newbies and all.

I guess that in lieu of a sticky, I'll start a new thread on CC tips and hope that it's bumped occasionally.
