Belinda -- Diagnosed 4/23/2012 with IDC Stage IA, 1.5 CM, Grade 1. Ductal carcinoma at same site. Lumpectomy/Sentinel Node 5/17/12-Clear Margins/Nodes. ER+/PR+ HER-

Dx 2/28/2011, IDC, 1cm, Stage II, Grade 1, 2/4 nodes, ER+/PR+, HER2-
