thanks girls..keeping it elevated and waiting for the doctor to call back.  Think its just badly sprained but I truly don't know. 

My face...LOL...oh you don't want to know...asphalt sidewalk...can you say asphalt burns.

 Would have been a great one for "America's Funniest Video's".

Will wait a bit longer and problably go to ER.

Ok...so so very coordinated me went outside last night and promptly fell down the front step to the sidewalk...landed on my LE hand...elbow...shoulder...then of course...face! 

Had a huge "knot" in the center of my wrist for a couple of hours and it then went down but very painful and swollen this morning...whole arm aches and feels heavy.

Lost my insurance coverage...Help...can they put a brace or cast on an LE arm if (God forbid) I fractured, broke or sprained something.  Don't want to go and add another medical bill if there really isn't much they can do...yeah I know...probably should anyway but truly cannot afford it unless 110% necessary.
