I don't think we will really be able to comprehend Bush's presidency for at least 25 years......many of us will not live to see how this history is written.........I will say this 9 months after Bush took office and 3 months after he got his team together.......remember the election of 2000......we got hit on 9/11.........we were at the time in a recession...........I do believe that Bush has done an honorable job at keeping us safe.........now with respect to Iraq.........I think that Bush's intentions were good...........this world is a safer place without Insane and his two sons.......period.............trying to bring democracy to a nation I think is also good but when a country which is probably the birth place of mankind and has never been free I'm not sure it is doable......but again we just don't know.........we won't know for a long time..........Islam is really not a religion of freedom............traditions die hard............Shokk

First of all to the Obama supporters......congrats........I know you guys are happy..........I am not here to cause any controversy however the rules here at bc.org where updated when we were getting those (probably high school spammers)that were causing havoc.........every time anyone new signs into bc.org with a new i.d. they are only allowed 5 posts per 24 hour period......plain and simple.......this was decided by the mods to keep the spammers out and for the most part it has worked..........I have never reported a post to the mods ever.........if I found someone that I don't agree with or find annoying I just don't read their posts..........I have tried to respect this thread as well as our thread..........we do seem to have a lot more Democrats posting on the Republican thread then visa versa but with that said blame is accusing us of nothing we have any control over.......plus the fact that he has stated that he doesn't care for the mods and will do whatever he wants then every time he has five post per new i.d. he will have to make a new one........as far as the new spammer rule is once you have a certain amount of posts made and have been restricted for a certain amount of time and have not caused trouble and appears to be a real person with real issues concerning bc then it is up to the mods to remove the restriction so that you can post as often as you like........that is my understanding............but "blame" because of your attitude concerning the mods and the rules that "everyone" must follow I wouldn't think that they will never remove your restrictions.........sorry about butting in here.......everyone have a great weekend.......Shokk

Good morning ladies..............couple of points I would like to throw out there.........first of all Rosemary it is so good to see a post from you...........ok ijl I believe what happen concerning McCain was many Democrats in states that were allowed voted for McCain in the primaries to elect him for our side......the theory was if a Republican was elected again it should be him because everyone knows he really is not a Republican including the other side........of course we really didn't have a good choice..........there was no one there to rally our side.......that brought all of us together and got us excited..........I think many on our side are just tired............it has been a very difficult 8 years...........guys I don't know about all of you and I did vote for McCain because I am pretty much a one issue voter and that is pro life but I am glad he didn't win..........he would have worked more with the democrates then with the Republicans........we do not need a MODERATE republican in office............we need someone that is going to represent the true right and our values..........not someone that is strong in defense which I think the one thing McCain is very good but someone that is strong in fisical values, Constitution values, family values, more conservative judes,.......more of what our Founding Fathers wanted for our country............we have four years to regroup............

Rosemary as far as Sec. of State I am not sure what he will do........if he chooses Hillary she will be out of the country and out of mind............Bill must like that idea as well..........may take her off the radar with the country for 012........not sure........personally I cannot stand Kerry..........as far as Obama is concern that would be my last choice but I haven't received a phone call from him asking my opinion..........hmmmmmmm.............Shokk

Blame again I really don't believe you even think about what you are typing........how unAmerican to leave this Country?.........really.........how American can it be that anyone (that is not wanted by the law or contiguous by some disease is free to get a passport and leave this country........ask people that survive East Germany about freedom to leave their country or presently let's check with the North Koreans and how they feel about their country and their desire to leave......many are surviving by eating bark off of trees just for some food.....or the  skyscrapers that are hollow shells where elevators only go to the fourth floor because the other 52 floors don't exist.....or the lady directing traffic in a big street below the hotel where there are absolutely no cars......she stands there all day directing imaginary automobiles........let's ask these people about the freedom to get a passport and even travel to South Korea to visit relatives they haven't seen in years.........actually it's very American to be able to pack your bags and relocate to where every you want as far as our side is concern for the most part......of course Moody is going to miss you..........Shokk oh and Suzfive of course a great post from you..........

So Blame whom are you referring to that has harmed so many people around the world?......Our country?......Our country through private mostly religious organizations and gov't aid as well that provide food, medicine, and providing help in building many countries bridges, roads, water wells so many third world countries will just have some clean water to drink and some roads to drive trucks to deliver food.....Our country?......hmmmmm........our country that is in Iraq and there is a horrible earthquake in southern Iran and we desperately tried to get Iran to allow some of our soldiers into the country just to help and try and save some people........this country?........This country that has provided huge amounts of medicine to try and save some Africans infected with HIV.......this horrible country?......wow Blame........jeez you are so right.........I just don't understand how you can even stand to live here..........if I were you I would move to a country that you can be proud of........there are many beautiful places around this world that would be more in tune with your beliefs.........and admirations...........good luck..........Shokk
