Hi I get real bad hotflashes and night sweats and joint pain,not to bad.I take 1200 calcium and 800 of D3 and 400 of E it helps.The main problem is I cant sleep I get about two hrs.I take tylenal pm some times it works.My Dr wont give me sleeping pills.I have been on arimidex for almost three months.I was on tomox for 11 months couldent stand the SE.I can handle this drug better.Godbless roxy

Hi ladys I just have a question.My Dr called and said my labs are good except I have low iron levels,thats why i have been so tired latley,he told me to take iron pills,he said my tumor markers are still stable,there a 9 normal range is 35 and under,but my markers have increased by two points last time they were a 7.She i be worried that they are starting to climb.I have read on the internet that increased markers means that the hormonal theripy might not be working.They switched me from tomox to arimidex.I have been on arimidex for two months,should i be woried the Onc is not concerned at this time.I had a clean scan the other day.Any input on this would be great.......godbless roxy

Hi I had a full historectomy they took every thing.I'm on arimidex.I took tomox for 11 months and now on arimidex.My Onc feels that Arimidex is better for node positive,Its more affective then tomox.Femara is good to......godbless roxy

Hi ladys,I need positive vibes for tomarrow.I'm going for my 2nd 6 month mamogram and ultrisound tomarrow.I went to the Onc last week Still Ned.The only thing going on is my Blood Counts are still Low Normal.He Said some times radiation can cause your blood counts to be low for years.I'm still in the normal range just on the low side.I'm 15 months out from treatment on Arimidex and doing Good.I'm not loseing any more weight.I have gained 2 lbs.I try to eat good but some times I eat junk food.I talked to A Lady the other Day and she is stage 3 positive nodes she is 10 years out and doing good and she told me that she its all things in moderation.She has ice cream and Pizza once in a while.She told me that you need to enjoy life and some times you need to feed your soul.So I try to eat healthy but i dont beat my self up over eating something not so good.......godbless roxy

Hi ladys I need positive vibes sent my way.I'm doing good on arimidex not any bad side affects.I'm going to see my DOOM AND GLOOM Onc tomarrow.I'm 15 months Ned.I'm Enjoying Life after BC who would have thought that could be possible,but it has.Every time i go see him he brings me down.He is never a positve man or gives me any hope for the future.So I need positive energy my way to help with the negative energy.I'm telling him tomarrow i want my port out i dont care what he says.My surgeon refuses to take it out until i hit two years,because he said I had a aggressive cancer.So please think positive energy tomarrow.....godbless roxy
