Hi all I am a 36 year old mother of 2 fab kids a girl 10 and a boy 8. I have a loving and supportive husband of almost 12 years. I was dx with dcis medium with a 9 index.

cant sleep......LuAnn thank u....The Dr. took 2 of the pea size lumps out. I am hoping that the results will be in today (friday) My dr went on vaca, but he said they will get intouch with him and he will call. I am going to try and exhale, I have to think..."what is, is" and I won the battle before.....I will just fight harder to win it again:<}. I just dont want to put my mom, and family through it. My dad passed only 2 months ago. My last dx was a year ago on the 22nd. I dont want to sound like "why me, poor me". cant sleep......Hi Its right below the scar that pokes out of my baithing suit. I do think I have one at the expander bottom as well. Where yours visable when u layed down? Mine look and feel like tiny hard peas. I am trying to think positive, lots has been going on this past year with cancers in my family...... thank u for the comfort, I have an appt with my ps tomar at 11:30. I am going to think only good things. cant sleep......Hi ladies Its been a year since my bilat mast with delayed recon. Yest, I was massaging my foobs when I came across some hard pea size spots.....3 visable when I push the bag full, and to the touch. My foobs are soft only these few spots are hard. I am calling my dr today. Just want some pre in put from my sisters. Its been awhile since Ive been on the chats. I dont know if I placed this topic on the right board. Did you know?????Hi my sisters Just read an article that actress Christina Applegate (Samantha who) just had a bilat mast with delayed recon...... I just wanted to reach out to her and hug her. I had my last surg in Feb and I know what a hard journey it is.... Implants settle time....what was yours?Hi Carly wow 9 weeks, I think my swelling went down after a couple of weeks. I am now 7mths out of my exchange surg and my foobs are settled. SNB Dye InjectionHi PLEASE, CALL YOUR DR AND GET TOPICAL NUMBING CREAM!!!!!!!! If you put the numbing cream on your nipples and areola 4 (to 5) hours before your injections, and wrap it up in plastic wrap (like a binder) YOU WONT FEEL ANY PAIN!!!!!!! please do this....ok:<}. reconstruction size ?Hi When I was going through recon, my ps told me that she would have to see how well my skin healed and stretched before we could talk about a size. When women get a bilat mast the surg takes out all the breast tissue, so there is NO fat to cover the implant. Go slow and see how your skin stretches. I would not go to thin. I beleive it depends on how much skin you gen surg was able to save too. I was a dd before kids, after kids I was a full C now I am a D:<} go figure. Saline VS SiliconeBeth I had a bilat with delayed recon. I am about 6mth out of my exchange surg. I have High Profile Mentor (silicone) implants. They feel really good and in clothes even a baithing suit they look good. I do have some rippling in the cleavage area. All in all, I am happy with the out come. I was debating on trying to fix the rippling, but I decided not to. I had enough surg. ripples??????thank you ruby I did talk to my ps and she told me I have ripples b/c of my thin skin. I dont need to bend over for you to see mine....they are there when I stand straight. Thinking about flower tattoo.No, 2 flower tattoosHi There are many tat parlors out there some bad, most good. I would not go to one anywhere near a beach. I know the ones where I live are yuck. Do alot of research on the place you are going to pick and check it out. Alot of tat parlors have women artist.
