Orange peel skin

Hello to all of you brave women. A lady in my Sunday school class was diagnosed with breast cancer 3 years agohad 1 breast removed and did successfully respond to treatments then. But now she's battling IBC and will have to be on chemo for the rest of her life. She tells us that the pain from her skin is worse than anything. Can anyone offer some suggestions that I can share with her? She's been consulting a dermatologist and they've tried but she's still in so much pain topically. Thanks so much.
