lots of questionsI want to thank everyone on this web site they have helped me so much over the last 6 months. I finished my 6 rounds of TAX on Oct. 23rd. I have now started my 6 weeks of rad's on Nov. 3rd. anyone tell me when my taste buds will start to coming back. I really miss eating all my favorite foods. I am so sick of chicken noodle soup !! Will the rad's stunt my taste buds and will it stunt my hair from coming back. I have to wear hats and scarves all the time becasue my wigs makes me breakout. |

Hair Hair Hair - Another questionI haven't started any chem yet, (next week I see the OC doctor to talk about it) but can everyone tell me about when they lost or started to loose hair? That and the port are my two biggest fears at this time......... |

lots of questionsI am waiting for my first OC visit next week. I have been told so many things of what to expect I don't know what to do. I have been told that I will have to have a port, pet scan, I will go throug menopause within the next few months and to expect to loose my hair. (but when??) Four or six months of chem followed by rads and them hormone treatment. That I will have to watch my arm for the rest of my life because of the lympynodes? Is there every any good news??????????????????????? |
