filling procedure

I go for my first fill in a couple days and i am getting really nervous about it. How is the procedure done? My PS told me there will be no reason to numb me up, which i was okay with, but then someone else told me they use an IV needle?!? I know i am probably getting worked up about nothing, seeing that many of you have gone through with this many of times, but im new to all of this... thanks

hypersensitive skin

I am 2 weeks post BLM with expanders. The pain has been suprisingly managable except for the areas of my skin that now hurts to the touch. My PS told me my skin is now hypersensitive and to run my fingers along the areas to help it reduce the pain. I have been doing that for almost a week now with no luck, some areas are worse now! Any suggestions? The thought of having to live with this the rest of my life makes me cry!
