just wondering if anyone here is going. I know the forum search function is very problematic, but am a bit surprised not to see more mentions of it.

If anyone doesn't know/wants to know more about it:

A conference for individuals and families affected by hereditary breast and ovarian cancer.

May 16-17, 2008 in Tampa, Florida.

The Joining FORCEs conference is an annual forum on hereditary breast and ovarian cancer. It is an international program which offers general sessions and workshops on topics of interest for anyone concerned about hereditary cancer: cancer survivors, high-risk individuals, those with a BRCA mutation or family history of cancer, and health care providers who treat high-risk patients.

Hi Alliere -

I'm a member of FORCE ... and also a triple negative, BRCA1+.

I went to the conference last year.   It was very informative ... For those of us who are BRCA positive or otherwise at high risk, they really have the best and latest inof.  I met a lot of great women - a couple from here and many from the FORCE boards.   This year, I can't make it.

I hope you're going!

I also hope the conference info was posted in the Section for those at High Risk of BC and High Risk of a Recurrence.

Take Care,

CalGal
