Hi I'am a 46 year old male that got a lump just above the right areola. Recently I noticed that it got a lot larger and longer. Also I noticed a new lump just below my right nipple. Does any one know if lumps swell up by just feeling them a lot?

Sorry - no mass is going to get larger by touching it. Maybe more sore but not larger. Please, have your lumps checked by the doctor. It may not be anything serious but just in case... It may save your life. Best wishes and good luck! Hana

I found my breast cancer by finding a lump in my breast. Please do not delay going to see a doctor. Even doctors can't accurately diagnose lumps without running tests so there is no way you can figure out what your lump is by yourself. You should know that men can get benign masses in their breasts so you don't necessarily have breast cancer. However, if you do have breast cancer, the sooner you get treatment the better your outcome will be. 3 year male breast cancer survivor
