Had a hip x-ray the other day due to sudden pain and ortho said x-ray showed area that had a smoothe edge, indicating it had probably been there for a long time. Then had a bone scan, and all came out clean. My onco office just called to say she wanted me to have a hip MRI due to the x-ray reading. I know that the bone scan should be more devinitive, but is there anyone that has had a similar circumstance that can give me some feedback, please. Anxious of course.
