I think of how far we've come and how far we still have to go. I think the stigma has lessened a lot over the past decade. There's still a blame in the USA for those with the disease when I hear about people who are "innocent victims" of the disease as if there are others who deserve it. To me it's the same as when people say smokers with lung cancer deserve it.
I just saw that the sundance channel and Logo are having special AIDs programming, old movies (from the 80s and 90s) and documentaries.

It is a place where homeless people with AIDS and Cancer can go and live their last days with dignity and people around them who care.
