Anyone else rebound??

AND make sure you have a very supportive bra, if you have any boob, esp after rads, like me. 5 min at a time is plenty to start.

I haven't read any of Henner's books.  Just a quick glance tells me she is interested in healthy living.  She doesn't eat meat, dairy or sugar, and she mentioned a husband in remission with cancer.  I'll add her to my list of things to read.  In the meantime, I wonder if anyone here has read any of her books?  I like her so far, because 2 minutes is about all I can take of that rebounder.  :)

As for the rebounding, I can't believe how well this works for toning and fat loss. My 12 year old was getting a "little bit chunky", so we bought a trampoline. The flab turned to muscle in just two months.

Thanks for the link twirlgirl.  I also saw the oprah show where she interviewed kris carr.  I'll definitely check it out.  For today I'm baking a cake for my cat's birthday tomorrow.  LOL  Actually, I have a shaker cookbook with a recipe I really want to try.  Filled with dairy and eggs, of course, but I love to bake, and I'm just so glad to FEEL like myself again and do things I enjoy.

I don't drink milk, but do use yogurt and think it's very good for you. I am starting to get organic raw goat milk from a local farm and make my own yogurt, packed with probiotics...great for the immune system.

I just had some colon hydrotherapy and she was explaining the ways the body can eliminate toxins...one is through our skin. Which is why sweating is important...but also skin brushing. I did it a couple of times a week through rads, but have gotten lazy. I need to start again. It does feel really good!

The rebounding is going better all the time. I feel like my tone is improving, bit by bit. and it's fun! I'll be thrilled if this flab turns into muscle!

If you have cancer (I do) and if you are doing standard treatments...how do you think your body is moving out so called dead or dieing cancer cells out of your body.  Through the lymph system.  My thought was let's move the cells out of my body faster before they have time to attach too some place I don't want them to go. I can't use a rebounder anymore because of neuopathy so I bounce on a exercise ball setting down.

FloridaLady, bouncing on the exercise ball sitting down is a great idea. Thanks, my mom has neuropathy and get hand and foot syndrome from the Xeloda. Do you think it's ok for her if she has lymphatic damage in her lungs from Taxotere?
