Hey everyone,
i am reading the PH Miracle where juicing is suggested. I have been drinking veggie juices however in the book it is suggested to dilute the juice with water otherwise it causes acidity ?
Thoughts ?

I've never heard of this one...I heard juicing could raise blood sugar because you extract the fiber and turn a complex carb into sugar but not acid. But I blend and not juice so I do add water to my juice any way. Flalady trip neg stageIV spread to IBC & 7 recur's, Treat Alt & Conv

Flalady this is what is confusing me: Page 96 of 'The PH Miracle' 'When you spin, whip, shake and press vegetables into juice the microzymas excrete acid waste, making the juice mildly acidic despite coming from alkaline vegetables.SO make your fresh juice highly alkaline by diluting them with distilled water ( just one part juice to 10-20 parts of water), then adding PH drops (ten to twenty drops for 10-20 ounces' Maybe that is for the centrifugal juicers ? I look around and see what I can find. I read a excellent book "Green for Life" she did mention some juicing issues but I don't remember what...I will try and look it up. But most of these issue are for people whop juice heavy and for many years. Flalady trip neg stageIV spread to IBC & 7 recur's, Treat Alt & Conv
