Complex cyst has what they call "debris" in them; maybe a little blood or other cell tissue thus they create echos sometimes. I had several pop up even during chemo. When aspirated, mine were OK. I never had to have a needle/core biopsy. They only aspriated the cyst using ultrasound to see that it "deflated" completely. I am not sure if this totally answers your question. Brenda |
