I'm having a lb mastectomy with immediate lat flap reconstruction with an implant on April 7th. I haven't seen many people who are having surgery in April. Anyone else out there??
Dx 1/29/2008, DCIS, 1cm, Stage 0, Grade 2, 0/0 nodes, ER+/PR+

I have chosen no reconstruction as I don't want to go back in for more surgerys and it never really was a hard decision for me as I don't have much to begin with. |

I'm having with an implant because I am about a D cup and my PS said I will get a more natural look with both. My main concern was to get this done and start to get my life back. This is the first step in that process.
