Treatment for Triple negative breast cancer but not technically Triple Negative

My daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023. Had double mastectomy and 4 rounds of chemo. Now, 2 years later had cancerous node removed in lymph nodes. A PET scan was done and they found a 3.5cm oblong tumor in chest wall. She does not meet all the criteria for triple negative but Oncologist want to treat it like this and start with 4 rounds of red devil. So, my question is Im looking for women who did not meet all criteria for triple negative and what treatments they had and if it was successful. Thank you so much in advance.

I have a good friend that did not meet all criteria for TN but went through treatment as TN. She did have the "red devil." I am assuming her ER/PR scores werent high.

  • Thank you, besides the red devil do you know what other drugs she took? And did the treatment work?

@skv0123 we wanted to make sure you saw the response from @ramaqueen277

Also ramaqueen277, we've changed the title of your post to help you get some more responses and moved it to the chemotherapy forum.

    We hope this helps!
