Wren, you are correct. Roseburg is in that fog and we live in the county. Unfortunately, the fog does rise before it dissipates, which is usually our afternoons.
These colors that I caught are very unusual for us. It is actually the first time I have gotten the reds, blues and orange reflections at the same time. Only God could give me such a beautiful picture. Thank you Lord, I needed this.

It's fun to have a place to share them! Here is another one taken at a family reunion in Wisconsin this fall. My cousin builds and restores light aircraft. The picture was taken during a ride he gave us. We are looking down at the family farm where my mom grew up and where he now lives!

Absolutely. And what is even stranger is that my dad (who was very old and frail) was at my house a couple days before he died, and that same vine had one purple flower blooming on it then too....like it was calling him home. I think this one was to say, "Yup, I made it."
