Hey everyone :)

I am part of a mental health cancer support team who run free, online wellbeing programs for anyone who has finished primary treatment. These programs are completely online (can be completed from any location in your own time) and are focused on improving wellbeing and mental health - we realise how difficult it can be to cope even after primary treatment finishes. We also acknowledge that it isn't always easy to reach out for support and that cancer impacts your MENTAL health just as much as your physical health. So, we would love for you to take part in our meaningful mental health research. Importantly, our programs are open to everyone, regardless of whether you are coping well or finding it challenging after treatment.

Here is a link if you would like to sign up directly: https://redcap.link/cancope

And here is our website that explains the programs and our research in more detail: https://cancope.weebly.com

I look forward to hearing back from any of you! Please feel free to contact our team directly at psych.cancope@monash.edu - we are more than happy to answer any questions.

Thank you, Belle :)

Hey Racheldog,
If you have finished your primary treatment (e.g., chemotherapy, surgery, radiotherapy) and are now just completing adjunct treatments (e.g., Herceptin or aromatase inhibitors such as Letrozole/Tamoxifen).. then you can take part now :) We are aware that many individuals take certain medications/treatments for a long time after primary treatment ends. Take care, Isabelle

Have you run this by the moderators? They generally approve these types of requests.

PS: If you have, please note this in your post. It tends to lend legitimacy in members eyes if the mods have approved
