Recently I have noticed that after taking I feel exhausted and even if I do little activity I feel exhausted. I had clear echocardiogram last week and clear chest cat scan in January. I at timed feel my heart beat faster and as if it’s difficult to breathe. I feel scared

Definitely talk to one of your docs. Make sure that your blood counts are good, and an ECG, possibly with a holter monitor for a few days may help to find if you are having runs of abnormal heart rhythms. Hoping you feel better soon.
