I usually run 4.4 to 5.2 for ca 15-3. This time I had a 6.7. Is this worrisome? I had test 6 months ago. All tumor markers ran low and good. Now, All other tumor markers usual normal low levels for cea and ca 125. I was switched from tamoxifen to aromisin in February. Any info much appreciated.

Thanks

I wouldn’t be worried, is your MO concerned? Mine fluctuate between 12-26 but still within the normal range

When I was first diagnosed, my CA 15-3 was 220.10. It’s now at 114.9. Down is good, but I haven’t been in the normal range.  I had it tested in 2016 when they thought I had another type of cancer.  It was 70, and no one said anything at that time, even though it was more than double.

I believe normal is under 30. I would keep an eye to see if it continues going up and talk to your doc.

Dx 5/1/2019, ILC, Stage IV, metastasized to bone/other, ER+/PR+, HER2- (FISH) Targeted Therapy 6/23/2019 Ibrance (palbociclib) Hormonal Therapy 6/24/2019 Femara (letrozole)
