After reading the paper, rather quickly, it seems that it is sufficient Vit D levels that impact stable bone density.  Calcium should come as much from diet as possible.  I've raised my Vit D level from 30 to the high 90s at the last blood test.  I have a DEXA scheduled in October.  I'm curious if this has kept the density stable.  In winter I supplement with 4000 iu and in summer 2000 iu.  This is not counting the Vit D I get in through means.

musical, thanks for posting. That's weird. When I saw this yesterday evening I had the same problem too. Now when I checked (and had time to debug the problem) it's working again. Maybe their website was down or ?
