Has anyone considered drinking mineral water to improve bone health? I saw a comment on a Dr. Weil post. Today I had a consultation with a PT who specializes in exercises to help bones, and she said "yes," mineral water is great and the minerals are more easily absorbed than from supplements, for example. (so reduce some of your supplements and drink this water instead). She recommends the German bran Gerolsteiner, San Pelligrino and Perrier. Thoughts?
