I heard many good things about flaxseed, boswellia supplements, tumeric and black pepper. Has any one heard about ginsing does that help with tnbc. I heard good and bad things about apricot seeds. What supplements and diet have you found helpful go give you some peace of mind.

Hi Jd720,

I believe that the supplements you mentioned are a must!  I take those and several others.  Ginsing, however, has an effect, I believe, on estrogen, so I avoid it.

Would love to know more about boswellia and blackseed oil...and any input re: maca? My naturopath says it's probably ok despite having estrogenic properties but I've been a bit wary. I LOVED it's libido-boosting properties pre-diagnosis!
