DX December 14 2014 triple positive stage 1 but two sites in same breast right side

2015 Simple mastectomy with sentinel node dissection and immediate flap reconstruction and post op necrosis

Two revision surgeries after

April 2015 Herceptin 1 year:Abraxane x 12 doses.

Anastrazole since 2015. Plan is 10 years
