Love the flower and lake scene.

feelingfeline and vampeyes,

Thank you. I used to do craft shows...mostly jewelry and needle work, but it got to be too much work setting up and taking down.

If I was still into craft shows I would definitely be doing succulent arrangements. Everyone wants one, so I will be making some for family, but not to sell anymore.

That is a good explanation about the missing pictures. You are probably right but it's a shame that we can't see what everyone has posted. There were some really neat and unusual crafts an artwork that are gone.

Every time I go through this forum it makes me happy. Not sure how to explain why, maybe just that it is another really basic part of us that we all share and it encourages me to get out of bed and start painting again, because as soon as I lay out the paints I start moving into that joyful creative place.

thanks for all the uploads,

As some of you know, my hobby is poetry. Not neccessarily GOOD poetry, but, here goes. A repeat of one that might ring a bell with some of you!

CHRISTMAS CHEER

Christmas comes but once a year.

Lots of joy and lots of cheer.

Food's great, the company's too;

It's just that there's so much to do!

Haul out the wreaths and lights

Colors shine right through the night.

Buy the presents trim the tree;

Hope a presents there for me!

Wrapping paper piled so high,

Only one more gift to buy.

When it seems to never end,

There's always just one more to send.

Suddenly before you know it,

Budget's tossed and you just blow it.

Bank account is just a wreck,

That's ok and what the heck!

Christmas is just once a year;

That's ENOUGH of all that CHEER!!!!
